Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing MegsK9Training. I aim to be flexible while remaining fair to all clients. 

Please review the policy below:
   •    Less than 24 hours’ notice: Non-refundable.
   •    24–48 hours’ notice: No refund, but the session may be rescheduled within the same month, subject to availability.
   •    More than 48 hours’ notice: Session may be rescheduled or carried over to the following month at no extra cost.
   •    No-shows: Session fee is forfeited.

One reschedule per session is permitted with appropriate notice. All rescheduled sessions must be completed within one month of the original booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Missed group sessions are non-refundable and cannot be credited due to limited class spaces.

For training packages, these terms apply to each individual session.

Trainer Cancellations
If I need to cancel or reschedule, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
