Liability Policy

All behavioural advice, handling techniques, and training guidance are provided to support the Owner in working with their dog and are followed at the Owner’s own risk.

Meg’s K9 Training, its employees, and Trainer accept no liability for any injury, loss, or damage to any person, animal, or property arising from the application of training advice or participation in training sessions.

The Owner acknowledges and agrees that they remain fully responsible for the actions and behaviour of their dog at all times. This includes any incidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during or after training, including those arising from socialisation, interaction with other dogs or people, or environmental exposure.

The Owner further understands that dog training and handling may involve physical activity (including but not limited to running, jumping, and use of training equipment), and accepts the inherent risks involved.

By engaging in training services, the Owner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Meg’s K9 Training, its employees, and Trainer against any claims, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from the Owner’s participation in training or the actions of their dog.
