Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Policy
To ensure I can provide dedicated time and maintain availability for all clients, the following cancellation policy applies:
• 48+ hours’ notice
Sessions can be rescheduled or refunded.
• 24–48 hours’ notice
50% of the session fee will be charged.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice
The full session fee will be charged.
Cancellations must be made via message or direct contact.
For training programmes and session blocks, late cancellations will result in the session being deducted from your package.
I understand that unexpected things can happen, and I’ll always do my best to accommodate where possible. Sessions must be used within one month of purchase. Any unused sessions after this time will be forfeited.
Payment Policy
Payment is required in advance to secure all training sessions and programme bookings.
Sessions or programmes will only be confirmed once payment has been received.
For training programmes and session blocks, full payment is required upfront to ensure commitment and allow structured scheduling.
Bookings are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be held without payment.
Failure to make payment within the agreed timeframe may result in the release of the booking slot to other clients.
All clients will be required to sign T&Cs before working with Meg's K9 Training.
